Hosted at Specialized Denver.
Are you new to the world of full-suspension mountain bikes, or just looking to broaden your existing knowledge? Whether you feel lost in the mass of information out there about mountain bikes, or just not sure where to begin, we’re here to help.
In this mountain bike maintenance clinic we aim to share our knowledge of basic full-suspension care. Our first session’s focus is the rubber. We’ll teach you how to change a tube, how to set up your tires tubeless, and how to plug a tubeless tire on-trail. This information will also include basic care of bikes that are set up tubeless, like how to know when to refresh your sealant, and what that process looks like. Since our focus is on rubber, we’ll also go over the signs that a tire needs to be replaced.
No pre-existing knowledge is required to attend, everyone is welcome and encouraged to join. Specialized Denver will be providing bikes for this clinic, so there’s no need to haul your bike back and forth! We are happy to answer any questions you may have, even if they might not be directly related to this session’s subject matter. Close YouTube, and come learn about your mountain bike in a tangible, personalized way.
This event is free to attend, and all attendees will receive a voucher for a free day demo ($100 value) at Specialized Boulder or Specialized Denver (must RSVP to be eligible). Food and drink will be provided!
Specialized Denver is passionate about creating a judgment-free, no-pressure environment for our rider community and our doors are open to anyone who is curious about how to better care for their bike.
